Our expectation is that this market center will take its place among the truly elite within Keller Williams Canada and beyond.

Your role will be to find and recruit amazing agents and teams, to exemplify a high level of service, and to implement cutting-edge Keller Williams Technology Tools and Business Building Systems to assist our agents to grow their businesses. Benefits include travel, on-going coaching and industry leading training.

Compensation is base salary + production/profitability bonus based.

You have a track record of setting and hitting or surpassing lead generation targets. You have committed to learning based improvement in every area of their business, career, and personal life. You are dynamic, assertive, passionate, people-oriented and operate with high urgency. You have strong communication skills and naturally connect with others. Your burning desire is to build the dominant real estate company in your market. You have a need to positively influence others. You can demonstrate where you have used influence to recruit agents to your previous companies. You see opportunity where others see challenge. You are more motivated by the earning potential of your own results than by a salary.

You naturally exhibit a positive, collaborative belief system in your dealings with others. You embrace succeeding through others, bottom-up leadership, and building a team. You view learning as the foundation of your career plan. You have at least 2-3 years of real estate knowledge. You understand basic financial reporting (e.g., P&Ls) and how to use these to make the right business decisions. You have extremely high “big picture” life and family goals and are looking for a vehicle to achieve those goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and implement Keller Williams Business and Technology Systems to achieve the Owners’ vision

  • Set 40 agent recruiting appointments per month

  • Grow the Market Center/office by recruiting 5+ agents per month.

  • Work with the Leadership team to ensure smooth onboarding of agents joining the Market Center

  • Consult, coach, and train our Top 20% associates to higher productivity.

  • Evaluate current practices to make improvements

  • Create a Culture of high Energy, productivity and positivity in the Market Center.

  • Meet with the leadership team to study Productivity, Expenses and Profitability.

Requirements:

Proven and Successful lead generation and sales career with skills to consult and coach.

Recruiting experience of new and experienced agents

Proficient organizational and computer skills-set

Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks effectively.

High level of Presentation & Organization skills

Must be Articulate

Able to handle high pressure situations with ease and confidence

Able to problem solve rapidly

Experience and Education:

Minimum 3 years real estate experience

Post Secondary education preferred

Salary: $60,000.00 to $120,000.00 /year
