Schedule A Clauses for Covid-19
Listing Agreements: The Seller acknowledges that neither the Listing Agent or Listing Brokerage can warrant a 100% reduction in the risks associated with listing a property for sale during an International Pandemic, and will hold the Listing Agent and Listing Brokerage harmless for any catching or spreading of an illness by anyone involved whatsoever in the prepping, marketing, showing and sale of the subject property.
Agreement of Purchase and Sale, Sched B: The buyer and Seller acknowledges that neither the Listing Agent or Listing Brokerage can warrant a 100% reduction in the risks associated with listing a property for sale during an International Pandemic, and will hold the Listing Agent and Listing Brokerage harmless for any catching or spreading of an illness by anyone involved whatsoever in the prepping, marketing, showing and sale of the subject property.
