Community Name Changes Coming Next Week

New community names for Milton, Halton Hills, and Peterborough are coming to Add/Edit, REALM®, and Matrix starting Monday, July 21 at 5:00 p.m. To streamline the listing process, 13 new community names are being added while 22 are being removed.

Saved searches with filters applied in the areas of Milton, Halton Hills, and Peterborough may be impacted. You should check your saved searches for any changes and update them as required. You will also see the changes in the community dropdown menus in Add/Edit, REALM®, and Matrix.

In addition to the new community names, approximately 15,000 additional waterbodies are now available in Add/Edit.

PropTx is also updating legacy listings where waterfront was indicated as "Yes" but did not have a waterbody name.
