FINTRAC MANDATORY UPDATE

This document is a mandatory update from FINTRAC, explaining all of the new rules coming into place from earlier in 2025 and as of October 1st.
It is important that you read this thoroughly, and keep a copy for your files. We will be holding an Update session for our office in the coming weeks, and this document will be the basis of that Mandatory session. Attendance will be Mandatory for all agents, in house or via Zoom.
Once we have chosen a time and date, it will be communicated.
