New and Enhanced Fields Are Here

New fields and updates to existing fields are now live on the PropTx MLS® System. These improvements are designed to streamline your listing process and provide more comprehensive information for buyers and sellers. Many of these fields become mandatory after February 17. It is important to note that live listings and drafts started before the release of the new fields and enhancements are not subject to these mandatory field requirements.

These new fields are in addition to the fields launched in spring 2024.

MPAC Pre-Population

The following fields have the option of pre-populated data from MPAC PropertyLine:

  • Year Built

  • Frontage

  • Depth

  • Lot Size

  • Tax Year

  • Tax Estimate

  • Above Grade Square Footage

  • Current Value Assessment

  • PropTx Property Type and Property Sub-Types

If you wish to use data for the pre-populated fields from sources other than MPAC, you are free to overwrite the MPAC data on your own. The data you enter must be accurate. For some fields, like Above Grade Finished Square Footage, you will need to specify the source.

Only Brokers and Salespeople can view fields associated with square footage within REALM™ or Matrix. Square footage data does not appear in client portals and is not shared on public websites.

Highlights

  • Interior clear square footage fields, including above grade square footage that can be auto-populated with MPAC data

  • Year Built

  • Up to four listing and co-operating agents can be added

  • Lot Size

  • Two Branded Virtual Tour URL fields and an additional Unbranded Virtual Tour URL field

  • New Waterfront/Rural fields including Seasonal Dwelling, Winterized, Road Access Fee, Leased Land Fee, Island Y/N, Well Capacity and Well Depth

  • Farm Features and Soil Type

  • Survey Type and Survey Year

  • Garage Y/N

  • Numerous existing fields are now enhanced with updated pick lists or increased field lengths. This includes an increase in the maximum photo count to 50, an increase in the maximum room count to 50 and increase in the number of attachments to 15.
